Tequila Expert Addresses Harvard Community
David Suros, the president of Siembra Azul Tequila and proprietor of a Philadelphia tequila restaurant, spoke as part of the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies “Mexican Studies Program.” Mr. Suros’ lecture on December 3rd discussed the history of tequila and the future of the Mexican distilling tradition and was the highlight of the Program.
