Tequila Terroir
Terroir is the unique combination of environmental factors like soil condition, altitude and amount of sun that can influence the flavors of the agaves used in the making of tequila. Similar to the distinctive tastes for grapes grown in certain localities in the world, the agave will provide distinctive flavor to tequila.
